This is my Story

I have been in recruitment since the paper resumes were on the way out and recruitment training meant standing up in front of your whole office, making reverse marketing calls....in front of everyone... like a lot of them.

I've always loved recruitment (I literally fell into it like most of us!),  connecting with people and have moved my career through agency recruitment, to internal, to then building and leading recruitment teams - specifically proactive sourcing teams. 

I’ve worked with some of the best brands including GE, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Toll, and have seen what proactive sourcing functions have done for them and how getting in front of the right talent has meant enabling the execution of the organisation's objectives through acquiring the right capabilities.  

Proactive sourcing to me within recruitment means exactly that - getting to the right people faster, ahead of your competitors, and what that means for not only your organisation, but the overall candidates experience... is magic. 

Whilst I am a trained and certified researcher, the tools and techniques I have developed throughout my career have meant that I am a highly successful, effective strategic sourcing leader, equipped and ready to help you be the best recruiter and sourcer you can be, and to help organisations optimise their talent functions.
